Brian Rubin Yodler Obituary (2008) - Prairie Village, Kansas

Brian R. Yodler, 47, of Prairie Village, KS, passed away Monday, September 1, 2008 at the University of Kansas Medical Center. Services will be 10:00am Wednesday, September 3, in the Yukon Chapel at Mt. Carmel Cemetery. Burial to follow. Kindly omit flowers, the family suggests contributions to the Bone Marrow Transplant Center, c/o University of Kansas Medical Center, the American Diabetes Association or the Torah Learning Center. He was a member of the Torah Learning Center. Brian loved to work with electronics, loved a challenge and to work with computers. He operated an electronics business for the past 15 years. His work was his hobby. His family and his occupation was his focus. Brian also managed the family business, Western Army Store in Independence, MO since 1975. He was born in Kansas City, MO and was a life long area resident. Brian is survived by his son: Michael Aaron Yodler, Overland Park, KS; parents: Abraham and Evelyn Yodler, Prairie Village, KS; sisters and brothers-in-law: Laurie and Steve Goodwin, Overland Park, KS; Denise and Mark Goldenberg, Las Vegas, NV; Jenise Kranzberg, Overland Park, KS; nieces and nephews: Danielle, Brittany, Joey, Stephanie, Molly, Jay and Lily Goodwin, all of Overland Park, KS; Nicole, Ean and Josh Goldenberg, Las Vegas, NV; Perry and Alex Kranzberg and Paxton Mitchell, Overland Park, KS. Many aunts, uncles and cousins also survive. Brian was extremely generous, loving and trusting. He will be greatly missed by all his family and friends.
