Helen Lerner Levy, 90 passed away April 20, 2015 at Manor Care of Overland Park. Graveside services will be 3:30pm Wednesday, April 22, 2015 at Mt. Carmel Cemetery. Helen Lerner Levy was born January 21, 1925 in Kansas City, MO to Paul and Blanche (Planzer) Lerner. She was a lifelong area resident and a lifelong member of Beth Shalom Synagogue. Helen was preceded in death by her husband, Albert Levy; her daughter and son-in-law, Jo Ellen and Denny Metcalf; brothers, Jack, Harry, Morris, Victor, Meyer Lerner and sisters, Louise Levitz and Sarah Klopper. She is survived by her sister-in-law, Rosie Lerner and many loving nieces and nephews.
