James Arthur Bikson Obituary (1928 - 2012)

James A. Bikson, 83, of Overland Park, passed away Tuesday, April 3, 2012 at Overland Park Regional Medical Center. He was a resident at Tallgrass Creek. Funeral services will be held Friday, April 6 at 10:00 am at Louis Memorial Chapel, 6830 Troost Avenue, Kansas City, MO. Burial at Rose Hill Cemetery, immediately following. In lieu of flowers the family suggests contributions to the Jewish Community Center. Jim, as he was always called, grew up in Minneapolis, MN, was a passionate Mizzou supporter and an avid consumer of chocolate and barbecue. He is survived by his three children, Nancy, Bruce and Gayle, his son-in-law Ron and daughter-in-law Shari, and 5 grandchildren, Scott, Katie, Carie, Jarret and Blaine.
